Nook Simple Touch eReaders Now Available to Borrow

Want to try an eReader? Going on vacation and want the convenience of taking multiple books without the bulk? Check out a Nook Simple Touch eReader at MTPL. The Nooks are available to patrons with a library card and can be loaned for a period of up to two weeks.

Each Nook has a category and is pre-load with several eBooks. Genres include popular fiction and non-fiction, mystery/suspense, inspirational, science fiction, young adult and more!

Access Your Library Anytime and Anywhere with the NEW MTPL Mobile App

Do you own a smart phone or tablet? Are you crazy about useful applications for your device? The Manheim Township Public Library has developed a new app that allows patrons to access important library features from their web enabled smartphone or tablet anytime, anywhere.

Features of the new mobile application include the ability to access your library patron account to see items that are checked out, request or hold items, view your fines, search the catalog, discover programs and more directly from your web enabled mobile device.
